MSRPS was designed to meet the software requirements of the manufacturing units at the Institute of Veterinary Biological Products (IVBP), Pune. It automates the manual record keeping of laboratory formulation and bills of material, then carries that formulation through into the manufacturing process alongside purchases, stores operations, and sales — the same formulation-first discipline our Color Manufacturing ERP applies to the paint and colour industry, adapted here for a veterinary biologicals setting.
Bill of materials
Conversion of an approved formulation into a bill of material according to production requirements.
Raw material & stores
Management and issue of raw material against a confirmed BOM, plus all store operations including purchase order management and issue to production.
Finished goods & reports
Recording of finished goods into stock, with reports across stock, raw material, batch cards, purchases, vendors, and production.
Engagement & platform
Developed for the Institute of Veterinary Biological Products, Pune, under the Department of Animal Husbandry. A desktop client-server application built on .NET and SQL Server.
